Think Globally. Act Locally

In observance of United Nations Day on October 24th,  the owners of Ariadne restaurant, Kathleen Malloy and Christos Tsardounis, along with Sudan-Reach member and supporter Cheryl McInerney, generously hosted a highly successful fundraising event in support of Sudan-Reach's Empower-a-Woman Campaign. In addition to raising awareness about the important work of the Sudan-Reach Women's Foundation, the evening also consisted of a wonderful five course meal prepared by master chef Christos Tsardounis, and offered an opportunity for members of the community to meet and mingle in a warm, friendly environment while lending their time and support to the Empower-a-Woman Campaign and learning more about Sudan, Darfur, and the plight of Sudanese women living in war-torn communities.

Sudan-Reach would like to thank those of you who joined us for the evening and give a special thanks to Ariadne Restaurant for hosting the event. A very special thank you to Cheryl McInerney for her work and effort, for organizing the event, and for supporting our work!

If you would like to learn more about how you can host an event for the Sudan-Reach Women's Foundation, please contact us or call 617-909-9576.
