Loloa
Ibrahim has lead the programmatic work of The Sudan-Reach
Women's Foundation since 2003. She heads the foundation's
advocacy and women's empowerment projects, including the
development of highly effective programs for women such as
the Women's Self Sufficiency Project and the Women's
Education Initiative. Prior to founding the
organization, Loloa served in the nonprofit sector in
Washington DC and worked with the Department of Human
Services in Fairfax, Virginia. She has worked with women,
refugees, and underprivileged communities in a case management
and counseling capacity. A Sudanese citizen, Loloa is highly
committed to the social and economic development of women
and strongly believes that their success will transform our
world for the better.

Manager
Laura
Martin joined the Sudan-Reach Women's Foundation in 2007.
She supports the organization's development through advocacy,
public relations, event management, volunteer recruitment,
and publication. Prior to Joining Sudan-Reach, Laura was the
co-founder of the Women's Health Initiative in Boston
College which addressed issues pertaining to women's health
and development. She worked in various capacities with the
Boston College Women's Resource Center and at a psychiatric
inpatient center at Children's Hospital Boston. Laura's
background in women's health and empowerment, her strong
interest in Africa and her dedication to human rights make
her a tremendous asset to the foundation.
Director
of Operations/Field Work
Since
its inception, Ibrahim Elmekki has been The Sudan-Reach
Women's Foundation's strongest supporter. He helps oversee
and implement self-sufficiency, health, and relief missions
in Sudan; working closely with local administrators in
schools, orphanages, and institutions to better serve
clients. An accomplished artist, Ibrahim's compassion and commitment
embodies the very heart of Sudan-Reach's mission. Prior to
working with Sudan-Reach, he served as a language instructor
and is also an independent businessman.

Hoda
Fahmi is a graduate of Khartoum University who works with
Sudan-Reach on a volunteer basis. She helps the foundation
identify and assess client needs, making program recommendations
and nominating various local institutions and schools to
receive Sudan-Reach support.

Hanafi
Fadul assists Sudan-Reach in locating and nominating girls'
schools in need of repairs and renovation. Hanafi's assistance
has been instrumental to the success of the Women's
Education Initiative. Prior to joining Sudan-Reach as a
volunteer, Hanafi was employed by UNICEF for over ten
years.
